[Side 1:]
[Betty:] Hello Uncle Bob, Aunt May and Anne. This is Betty and it’s Woodside Park, uh, it’s the 12th of July and we’re out at Woodside Park. And, um, Dorothy is here along with me, and she is going to say hello to you too.

[Dorothy:] Hello Uncle Bob, hello Aunt May, and I’m not forgetting Joan. How are you over there?

[Betty:] Oh, I forgot to say hello to Joan, but I don’t know what to say I’m so nervous. I wish I could you see you all, we might get over there on an excursion next year. The Orangemen are going to come. And I wish you were here with us, we are really having a wonderful time. Dorothy left the baby with my aunt.

[Dorothy:] [murmuring] the baby now has two teeth and it’s cutting another one.

[Betty:] And it’s getting so big, Dorothy says Chester won’t even know it when they go out to Kansas. And uh I guess you heard all about how Daddy felt when Bob came, we were all so excited. Well, have to go now, goodbye.
