[Speaker 3:] This disk is a souvenir of the National Savings Exhibition held at Coventry in February 1938 and was presented to the person whose voice is recorded on the other side. The exhibition was organized by the Coventry Savings Bank, the Post Office Savings Bank, and the National Savings Committee. At the time of the exhibition there were 145 national savings groups at work in Coventry, in schools, clubs and places of employment. The object of these groups is to help members to save safely, easily and profitably, through the Coventry Savings Bank, the Post Office Savings Bank, and National Savings Certificates.
